RETURN POLICY
- Please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of your order, if any of the goods are found to be faulty or damaged in any way. (Should the glass or plastic be broken or the nozzle or pump is faulty)
- Notify us via email us on hello@skinobsession.co.za. We will gladly collect the item from you at no charge and the defective item will be replaced. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 7 working days following receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us at your own expense. Please notify us via email at hello@skinobsession.co.za and make reference to your order details and reason for returning.
Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service – this will be at the cost to you, the customer. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit. We will process a refund on receipt of goods.
Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 7 working day period, have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging.
Your returned order can be refunded in the form of a credit card or EFT refund. Alternatively, you can decide to be refunded in store credit towards your next purchase. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, please allow for 7 working days for the cancellation/ refund to be processed.

ADVERSE REACTIONS POLICY:
Some of the products may contain active ingredients which may have mild effects on the skin when using for the first time. Please do not panic. We recommend that you gradually introduce the application of these products no more than 3 times per week. If your reactions are severe and you are concerned please contact us on 021 569 9325 or whattsapp 079 506 8008 and our qualified skincare therapist will make contact with you. Refunds or replacements will be assessed by our therapist on a case by case scenario.
EXCEPTIONS POLICY:
- Products must have been purchased directly from Us. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used products.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
REFUNDS POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
