Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE for orders over R750.

Delivery normally takes between 1 – 3 working days after dispatch, for major towns and cities.  Your order is normally dispatched with 24 hours and after confirmation of payment is received. If you have not received your order please email customer services at

Delivery can take place Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Order Queries

You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order, sent the email address supplied at checkout.

You can check the status of your order and also review your purchase history in the My Account section when you are logged in.

We do our best to ensure that all our products are stock, however should we have no stock we will have banner displaying this.

To change your password, you can either use the forgotten password link or sign in to My Account and go to Account Information.

If you have not received the reset password email, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you have not received your password within 1 hour, please contact Customer Service for help setting up a new one.

To edit your name, email address, and password go to ‘My Account’ then click on ‘Account Information’

Payment Information

We take your payment security very seriously and therefore we have a secure symbol of the ‘padlock’ sign at checkout within the URL bar which means that you are in a secure setting and your details are safe and protected. Our payment gateway use a 3 D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we do not have access to any of your card details or store any of this information.
